Reservations:
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card may be  required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation if you don't already have some kind of pre-payment method. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. We hold this information as part of our cancelation policies and only make necessary charges  to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.

*Please notify the spa therapist of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.  
 
Although we offer planned spa packages for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our spa  services for a custom package that meets your needs. 
 
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. 

Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and  have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate or Pre paid package or 3rd Party Pre-payment Voucher # , ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. 

No Call Or No Shows:

 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no show. They will be charged for their missed appointment. If it is from a pre-paid package or 3rd party Pre-Payment Voucher that will count as payment for their appointment.

While as a courtesy we call or text a reminder of the day and time of your scheduled appointment. It is still your responsibility to keep track of your appointment day's and times. 

 

Late Arrivals:

Should you arrive late. Your session may be shortened. In order to accommodate other clients whose appointment time follows yours. If you are 15 minutes late at that point you would be required to re-schedule your appointment time. 
Regardless of the length of treatment given You will be responsible for the "full" session.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients.

Please plan accordingly!

Allow an extra 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to find our location, fill out your health history form and whatever else may hinder your arrival time. 

 

Parental Permission:

Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.


Cell Phones:
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones  to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services. 

Prices and Services:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. 
 
Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at 315-466-8219  or the orange Gift Certificate Icon on our front page.

Too busy? No problem. We will mail your gift certificate to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

All sales are final.

Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. 

Gift Certificates are not redeemable after the expiration date. 

Series of Treatments: 
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. 

Package's Expire 1 Year after Purchase date.

Gratuity:
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out with cash or credit card. 


Personal Belongings:
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Nature's Journey Wellness Spa, llc is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Spa Promotions: 
Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third part gift certificates. 
 
Return Policy:
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home!

Products may not be returned if opened or if its been over 7 day's.

You may exchange  or receive a spa credit. Client must show receipt!
